About
Jenna Mather is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where she studied English and creative writing. With her poetry, short fiction, and creative nonfiction, she aims to untangle the complexities of love, womanhood, and the writing life. Most recently, her poem "Bibliophile at Lunch" was published in issue 36 of the Blue Marble Review. In 2019, her short story "Fluorescent Freedom" was awarded the Candice Coghill Memorial Award from the Florida Writers Association for best overall youth submission. She currently lives and writes in Wisconsin. When Jenna isn’t writing, she enjoys reading memoirs, drinking iced lattes, visiting local bookstores, and walking the shores of Lake Michigan.
